McDonald's

Took nearly 45 minutes to move from where you order to the window. I gave a drive thru code. The workers were on their phone and not engaged. I was missing a large fry, and the food was somehow cold. The part that bothers me the most was this burnt chicken sandwich. Like how do you burn chicken that bad. It was legit charred including the bun. Google won’t let me post a picture with the review. This was for dinner. The morning and lunch crew is usually good.

I walked in, went to the kiosk and ordered my meal. After completing the order I was told the lobby was closed and I'd need to leave. I was very rudely informed that I could go through the drive thru, but I couldn't stay inside. All the while about 6 adolescents who didn't have on uniforms stood there trying to figure out how I came through a locked door. They became a little incensed when I told them it was unlocked and I walked right through it. At that point a uniformed employee told me I just needed to leave and slammed the door behind me. I've never had such horrendous treatment at this McDonald's and you can rest assured that there won't be a chance for it to be repeated. To add insult the injury the fries were ice cold and the sandwich looked as if it was thrown together with an I don't care type attitude

ALWAYS told to pull up to waiting stall and fries are 90% of the time cold and even after waiting for food. The service is the WORST 50% of the time there is no problem but the other times it can take minutes for someone to ask for your order and many times they will service 2 to 3 cars in the 2nd lane before finally taking yours. Have actually been cussed out over the intercom after asking why I had to wait so long and after reporting to well dressed but very condensing manager he simply stated there was nothing he would do about it and wasn't even willing to talk to the guy who was so rude!! Haven't seen him or young punk again so hopefully they have been fired!

Could be cleaner outside but I always do enjoy a quick pick-me-up from here. Highly recommend the iced caramel coffee.

Got the Big Mac Deal, 2 Big Macs,2 med fries and 20 chicken nuggets plus got 20% off with an app deal, so my total was 14.40! Everything was hot and fresh. My order was correct and curbside delivery was a bit slow. They were busy. I love the app and the deals. Being on a budget, they offer good money saving deals.
