McDonald's

I don't eat here anymore. The last time I did the food came out too fast and looked like it had been stepped on. The hashbrown was lukewarm. The employee attitudes stink. There is always lack of help and employee stand around and talk about one another.

I am finished with this location. Today will be the last day i ever order from McDonald’s in Athens on 72. Apparently substitutions on breakfast meals are no longer allowed. Ive gotten the same thing for breakfast from there for almost 3 years now and can always remove the biscuit (ew) and PAY for an extra piece of sausage instead. I guess the imbeciles this morning thought i wanted it for free? Nothing comes for free. Also, if you are going to sell coffee and make the MEDIUM soda cups your “larges” then only put them in those cups. I am sick of it being a gamble of am i going to get a full LARGE cup of coffee or am i going to have to go back around and order a small too. And then you get absolutely blessed out by these workers if you have the nerve to ask. The coffee i received this morning was literally not even full AND it was a medium. I get so much attitude every time i come here & im through with it. Ill be telling pretty much everyone i know that i will personally get their food for them if they just dont support this location.

I love this McDonald's because of their fast service and their customer service. Jaylen is awesome! Every time I come through the line and see him it's like we've known each other our whole lives!

Went in for breakfast before taking the family on a road trip. It took almost 30 minutes for two hot cakes and sausage. They lost focus on the people in the facility and placed Priority on the people in the drive thru There was no one taking orders, so we had to use the kiosk to place an order. On top of everything they were pretty rude.

Me and my family decided to grab a quick bite to eat before calling it a night. We had drove over four hours from the beach with ten more hours of driving to go. We walked into a pigsty with trash everywhere. The food that was correct came out quickly, but we had to correct one sandwich and didn’t even realize til we left that we didn’t receive another. Employees were decent to customers, however, there were some problems with how they treated one another and responded to directions. One of the burgers we received wasn’t done on top of everything else previously mentioned. I think the business has potential, but not without change.
