McDonald's

Consistently the service here for the drive through and in person ordering platform has always had super courteous employees, very kind and polite, quick with the service as well! That thing said, the food, quality, and overall presentation compared to other store fronts is not up to the standard. With McDonald's having raised their prices to an exorbitant amount already within the last year to compensate for their profit margins that they want to maintain, it has become less and less of a desirable option for fast food. This solidified that exacting opinion. From just this last experience: cold, dry fries, over-fried, dried out chicken nuggets, and burgers missing simple add-ons like pickles. Ice cream has generally been solid though! Just can't recommend this location in its current state. Plenty of other eatery options in Rexburg, don't make this one of them!

First I will say there was a guy manager who was polite and helped us not to get too mad. But my wife and I use the app frequently to buy food. Each of us do it on our own phones to use a deal. We always pick them up from the drive through at the same time. Iv worked my fair share in fast food so I get how things work but the staff was just not doing what they should do. I was told I could only pick one order up. They wouldn't budge and just let me take the second order even though I had never heard of this rule nor has it ever been enforced on me before. They said I needed to go through the drive through again where I would have to wait in the line again. After talking with the guy who was the manager the best he could do was pull me around the the curbside pickup where I waited another 5 mins. They care more about some small policy rather than their customers. Just go to the Burger King across the street if you are hungry because they will not give you good customer service is something goes wrong.

I had to get to work so I stopped in before my drive to IF. The drive through took 30 minutes. I drove off without checking my food because at that point I was late for work. I started to eat my fries and went to reach for the 10 piece McNugget meal and found that there was a 6 piece meal and no sauce. I was frustrated at that point but figured it’s better that I got over it and just eat my chicken nuggets without sauce. I opened the box and found that there were no nuggets inside and instead were two chocolate chip cookies. I have no idea how this mix up could have occurred but I’m extremely disappointed and very hungry.

This one is a bit slow. They make the food pretty well but I still waited 10 minutes for just two basic burgers and a drink. This McDonald's is fine. Not the worst one. At least they have clean bathrooms. I'd give this fast food restaurant a better score if they were to get faster. Overall it's just fine. Perfectly simple. The place to go for cheap food.

They left out a big chunk of the McFlurry. My wife ask to make sure they filled it up this time. Manager completely ignored. Didn’t acknowledge whatsoever. 👎🏼
