The manager that I spoke to she was very rude and told me that I had to call corporate in order to get my sandwich fixed. They made my order twice and she said she made it personally herself and it was still wrong and then got nasty with me every time I come here there is nasty attitude from management and employees. They don’t care about their customer service, and it clearly shows.
They charge extra money to put liquid sugar in ice coffee. Apparently they're too stupid to know regular sugar doesnt dissolve in cold liquid. So they are charging extra to simply do their job correctly. Soon the menu prices will only reflect the price of the burger, uncooked. Gotta pay extra for them to cook it.
It all starts with the quality of service. And if they are not willing to give a good service, it is difficult for them to give you an acceptable product. If you have a hard time being warm and friendly because you work the night shift, just switch shifts. Although lately it doesn't matter what time you go to Mc Donald's, they are always in a bad mood.
Not a single employee cares about doing their job correctly . Every single time i go in for doordash the rack is empty and i have to wait 5 10 sometimes 15 minutes to get anyones attention that i am here for doordash. And the whole time they keep it hidden arouns the corner so you must ask for it as they ALL ignorw you i refuse to take mcdonalds offers anymore
Ordered 2 large sodas was charged for 3. Brought error to employee taking orders. He told me to tell them at the pick up window. Young girl at window was told but she was trying to give us someone else's order. Tried to tell her again but she mumbled something in foreign language and shoved the 3 sodas out the window. I gave up, paid and took the sodas. Won't repeat that visit.
