McDonald's

Employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They brought the food to us at our table. We went at around 11:30am on 10/12/23 and the woman at the counter was top notch. Made me have all the feels from McDonald's of yesterday.

I'm sitting in the drive thru at the speaker where I've been sitting the last 8 min. There is a car beside me at the speaker in lane one, the same one that has been sitting there since I pulled up. There are no cars in front of us, fast food is supposed to be just that. That's why you pay for the convenience

Traveling through and ordered, the food was sloppy, and wrong . Fries were fresh ! Bathrooms was dirty, no toilet paper and toilets full of unflushed paper towels. The service was dry as hell, not even a greeting. Screens didn’t work and no menus were present, kiosks were unavailable. Definitely don’t recommend. 🤷🏾‍♀️

This location has made a lot of improvements in food quality and customer service from my previous review, but I believe it still has work to do. I compare this location to other McDonald's locations I have been to, and it still seems to lack the positives that other location hold. The food consistency is better than it was, and workers are more kind and helpful. There are still times, however, that the food can be off.

Hate leaving negative reviews but DANG. Waited a while in line (it wasn’t very busy). Realized I didn’t get my 2 happy meal juices or sauce. My #10 burger was burnt and gross. I ordered two milkshakes, didn’t get straws for either of them. One looked like it wasn’t mixed up at all, my child kept saying ew when he drank it. Took a sip myself and it wasn’t chocolate, just a TON of caramel. I just had to throw it out. I’ve given this McDonalds multiple chances, always let me down. Save your money for DQ or Jack’s, y’all.
