These guys forgot about me in the drive through. Had me park because my nuggets were not ready. Fine, I get that. But after 15 minutes and multiple cars getting served, where is my food? I went in and asked. Not one had any idea what happened. I got my money back, no food, and was late for my appointment and now super irritated. Mostly because no one had any idea what happened and didn't offer any solutions to fix it.
Standard McD fare, complete menu. Plus: dining area is nice w variety of seating and outlets. Food quality is on par with rest of chain, staff is friendly and courteous. Bathrooms seem to be a weak link with most McDs I've been to.
Every order has been correct. The Big Macs come out picture perfect. The atmosphere is clean, yet still inviting enough to be a comfortable eating experience. They are actually polite to delivery folks. And yet faster than normal for some reason. I go to a lot of fast food places. This place stands out as extraordinarily proficient.
We do a lot of traveling and we often visit the McDonald's near our hotel we've had several problems with the food not once, but twice, so on our way to the hotel we stopped by and complained about everything. Our food was replaced and just as I was taking the last bag of food a server shouted we won't be replacing this anymore. Well okay we won't be coming back to your establishment. I do care how many times you mess up my food, and I am coming back each and everytime you do. Are you implying that you'll only replace my food once, but twice your staff did just that messed up my order. Poor management and staffing that definitely needs to be replaced. CJ
I live right next door and it only took one rancid burger and a Sprite with floaties of god only knows what for this location to be reported the the local health department. Never again. Wouldn’t feed food from this establishment to my mortal enemy, let alone myself, or children.
Called the location to inform them of the issue and was told, “while we take responsibility for the mistake, it’s not our fault” and was hung up on. No accountability. No responsibility.
