McDonald's

I ordered a 20 piece McNuggets and only received 10. I also ordered a Cheeseburger with ONLY KETCHUP, I got a cheeseburger with onions on it. Also the Dr Pepper was watery and had no flavor at all. I called to let someone know my order was wrong and the girl told me there was definitely more than 10 nuggets and made it to seem like I didn't know what I was talking about.

This is the worst McDonald's in all of Central Alabama. Not only is the staff rude, they start out their normal greeting with "Go head..." You can't even make a proper order because all of their drive-through screens are broken and have been for almost 2 years now! See the images below! If I could give this "slow food" restaurant an even lower score, I would in a heartbeat. Don't waste your time or support them with your money.

Just today we had went here to get something quick to eat. When we arrived at this location there were 5 people in front of us and one of them was a doordasher who was waiting on them to make corrections to their mistake(they completely ran out of fries). We had waited 30 minutes to even order and they were out of their sweet tea and they knew that they were out but did nothing to refill it. When our order came out I got a #7 with no onions and no pickles my first cheese burger was great but my second one was SMOTHERED in onions I went up to the cashier and asked if they could make a new one because this one was wrong he took it and gave me a new one but when I opened the wrapping the cheese as basically not even on the cheese burger and the bun was hard. How do you run completely out of fries. This places food is good if it is made right not other than that it is dirty the management of this place is absolutely ridiculous!

Ice cream machine NEVER works... the few times I have ordered food (#7 combo which is 2 cheese burgers fries and a Coke) they always ask me to pull up and wait. As soon as I ask for my money back my food is magically done and appears.... this was my last trip here, the McDonald's at the interstate and the one in Wetumpka are both much better!

Store is NEVER open on time on weekends. They will open anywhere from 6:05 up to 7:00. You can pull up there at 6:30 & see them inside but they won't even acknowledge you are in the drive thru. When they do finally come it's go head. Me big breakfast please. Them first window. Pull up to window. Me Good Morning. Them 6.19 rings up sale runs card sticks card & receipt out window. Me thank you. Them shuts window. Pull up to next window. Me Good morning. Them shoves bag out window shuts window.
