The girl double charged me then. Told me there was nothing she could do about it. And then we got our food. And it was about the driest grossest coldest food. I have gotten there yet no salt on the fries. It was absolutely very disappointing. When I was a kid I loved McDonald's now. I bring my grandchildren there and I'm just totally disgusted.
We went through the drive through, and after a long wait they brought us our food and didn’t even bring the fancier chicken sandwich, the most expensive thing in our order. We also didn’t get a receipt, I’m pretty angry about this because it boils down to theft. We paid for something and they didn’t give it, and didn’t give us a receipt to prove it. Also, while in the drive through we heard them complaining loudly about how the people in the lobby had been there still at ten so they rudely kicked them out. All around extremely unprofessional and I’m out $8. Will only be paying with credit cards ever again so I can cancel the orders if they steal my money.
Ordered 4 McChickens and 4 McDoubles. Made payment at the first window. Asked for a receipt, he said at the second window. Got to the second window and some guy in a green mesh vest was sitting with his back to the window almost the entire time we were waiting. No one opened the window to say it'll be a few. Have been sitting in this drive-through for over 10 minutes. Got food, no reciept, no napkins. For being the last stop available for food at 930 at night for many miles in both directions the owners should ensure better customer service. Especially for those of us that drive this part of the 90 often.
Nobody in line behind us and they requested us to move to the side to stop their timer. The timer is to show corporate how slow you actually are. It took 5 minutes just for the cashier to punch in the 4 number on the app. Then asked me to pay on top of me paying in my app. I’m still waiting on my food as I write this. EDIT Got the food, egg was burnt on my bagel as well as the bagel, hash brown missing altogether
