You have a pretty good idea of what you’re getting yourself into when you plan to eat a meal from McDonald’s, so let’s not kid ourselves here, but there’s something so good about McDonald’s breakfast on the weekend. In the words of my girlfriend, “Sometimes you just need plastic cheese and a greasy sausage to start the day right.” My Sausage McGriddle was fantastic. Coffee - perfect. Girlfriend said things were busy, but the staff was hustling and she got our food quickly. Love to see it! 5 Stars
I would say over the last 2 years, it has been hit or miss. Biggest problem was management. I'm sure they have a high turnover. Which affects the quality of service and ultimately the quality and presentation of the food. But tonight it was pretty much spot on. And I'm talking in every facet of my interaction with them. They gave my dog Luke a pup cup of whipped cream. They even offered him a dog bone. I thought that was nice! The food was fresh the sandwich on a brioche bun and it was well prepared well-placed just the right amount of toppings and wrapped neatly. The drive-up person was just so sweet and polite and really nice to Luke. This is the first review I've given that has been Sterling for that store. Let's just hope that they keep going the way they're going. Give it a try I think you'll be impressed! 👍🏽✌🏽🙂
When I went in to get food, multiple people were standing at the counter waiting to order and one of the ladies Working there didn't want to take their orders and insist that they used the kiosk even though that is part of her job. Then once I got my order. I asked for some jelly, and the lady was not only rude to me. But she ignored me three times.
The manager running the drive thru was very rude and accused me of yelling at her. I wasn't yelling, but when you continue to talk over someone that is asking for something, I had to ask 3 times for something. This isn't the first time that she has been rude with me during a visit. Customer service is awful anymore and sadly this establishment has lost my business.
Went in there for an interview today (September 13) I had scheduled on their website at 8:30 am, and got there 5 minutes early to let them know I was there. The worker behind the counter rudely told me that the manager wasn't there yet and to sit down and wait. The tables were dirty I have to point out. I see the manager arrive at 8:40 and he took a couple of people's orders and glances at me a couple of times after the "rush" was over. At that point I'd been there for 35 minutes and decided to leave. They'll make you waste your time waiting for an interview that doesn't take place at the time it says. Rude workers, dirty place. I'm glad I decided to leave.
