McDonald's

After standing in line for 20 minutes, I asked the cashier if they had the two for 329 special. Instead of answering me, she said she was going to take the next Gas. He was a cashier there and he was on break he needed to get his food quickly. Did not ask me but told me that’s what she was going to do. Then she had to ask the manager how to run the cash register.

This place needs serious help. EVERYTIME I COME HERE PEOPLE LEAVE BEFORE GETTING TO Window. TIRED OF LONG WAITS. THIS IS THE Slowest place on earth.... over 20 mins I sat AT THE WINDOW for a double with fries and McChicken with fries no drinks nothing else. Girl says only one in back... I'm like ONE OF THE THREE STANDING AROUND doing nothing COULD BE HELPING to fix the food ... 3up front only one in back of the house fixing food. This place needs a manager.

Like most every fast food restaurant post Covid this restaurant was obviously understaffed. I commend the manager as she was working really hard to make up for the lack of employees. I hadn't eaten at a McDonald's in years, and this reminded me why. The food was pretty much tasteless and the burger patty was dry.

The tables had dead flies on it as well as the chairs. Someone had half mopped the floor, and it was very wet. I cleaned the table and chairs myself because I had small children with me and took napkins and spread them all over to make sure no germs was left.I will not be going back and this location is very nasty.

So I ordered and the person supposed to make my food is just goofing off for like 20 minutes. I’m literally just standing there listening talk about random things just having a conversation while I’m waiting for her to get up and meal. I ordered $15 worth of food and only got $7 worth so I lost 8 bucks of food then they had nothing ready so I won’t be going back and what mad me so mad was that the lady is just talking random stuff and I was waiting so you lost a few customers. What happened was ridiculous
