McDonald's

This is a great McDonald’s because the Sausage Egg McMuffin and Egg McMuffin’s are normal size. Where I live in Saratoga, CA, they have shrunk these breakfast sandwiches tremendously! I’m happy to see this McDonalds has exceeded my expectations! One thing to note; the bathroom should be cleaner and the lady doing the cash register had extremely long fingernails that inhibited her giving change, etc. Her fingernails definitely held up the line. Other than that, I was very happy here. The eating spaces were very clean and they make a delicious iced coffee with whipped cream.

This particular location is the poster child of how deplorable the McDonald's chain is getting. I don't know how this location can operate with all the sanitary violations it had. Up in front man in the station was the typical pothead teenager which somehow managed to forget he was working there and was more preoccupied on making his hat the perfect angle. during my 25-minute wait for some chicken nuggets and two sodas and some fries plenty of drive-thru customers were angrily complaining about missed orders or waiting for an extensive amount of time and no one took their food. The sad part is it was not that busy but they somehow managed to mess up almost every single order.

Ordered a Fillet of Fish sandwich. It is dry from sitting in the warmer for too long. The bun is toasted, not steamed the way it is supposed to be. One of the exit doors is locked making for a safety hazard. This is at 2PM on a Friday.

For a quick bite to eat on I-5, this is good place to eat, use the restroom, chill for a while, and stretch your legs! The employees are very friendly, got our large order correct and in good time. Bathrooms were clean. High chairs available. Easy access to the freeway, both off and on. Good signage! Clean, friendly, and hassle-free!

For drive-thru: Check your receipt & bag. They added extra charges and they didn't even complete the order. They don't give out the necessary utensils like a fork and syrup for pancake combo... The food was tasted great and the caramel frap was surprisingly good.
