I ordered off the kiosk at the same time as someone else and when my food came they gave me the other persons food. The person delivering food didn't say much at all and seemed to not really care about the customers and was only getting his job done. The decorations where minimalistic which is ok if you like that, I prefer a bit more detail and personality. The prices are outrageous for the quality of the food but luckily they have deals that can help with that. Along with getting someone else's food their iced coffee tasted like they just dumped a bunch of shredded ice in my drink, I'm pretty sure I chewed my drink more than my food so I do not recommend the frappe.

Waiting 20 minutes for simple orders is the norm here. No employees will speak to you and they all hide in the back. I order in advance on the app and say I’m there far in advance and still wait 10 minutes when I arrive for a biscuit and hashbrowns. Utterly unreal.

Came here around 9:30. Service was aweful waited 25 minutes for a Big Mac and the employees come up look at you get scared and go into the back without interacting with you. The manager on duty asked what I was waiting for and I gave her the order number. She then asked what was on it cause the order was gone and went to go grab the order. She proceeded to slam the bag onto the counter and yelled here’s your Big Mac with some ridiculous attitude for having such an easy job. As a teenager who’s worked plenty of fast food it really isn’t hard. Honestly I thought it was hilarious with my friend but still the service is constantly horrible here. I’d take the extra 5 minutes to go to the one off wadsworth and chatfield or just go to the infinitely better Taco Bell in the same parking lot. Everything is also pretty gross here. (see photo)

Literally go to any location except this one. I've had numerous bad experiences here but tonight was beyond expectations. Sure I customized two of the burgers I ordered, but they didn't get one thing right that I asked and messed up the regular stuff I ordered too. And they are rude to top it all off.

I ordered a quarter pounder and when I returned home to eat it, I found that the interior was still red uncooked and the patty was cold. Completely disgusting and hopefully the bite I actually ingested doesn't get me sick. Go anywhere else but this McDonalds.
