Used a self service kiosk for ordering, food was ready within minutes. There's an app to order food also, but I don't use it. Drive-thru line is pretty long usually also, but moves quickly.
Great location, clean inside and out, has kids playground area and family food options are also priced well at this location. Our go to selection is the 40-pc nugget deal or the select your own family dinner option which can feed the whole family. A lot has changed over the past few decades, but the food and quality of service has remained constant along with some of the classic items and recipes which isn't normal for a fast food chain.
I ate a filet of fish that was stale and tasted bad, and the french fries were old and overcooked. Also, the manager was rude to me, and did not want to give me another filet of fish! I will not come to this MCD's again!
I don’t know if they are messing with me but I always order a Mc chicken light Mayo and for the last 3 times I have gone there has been so much extra mayonnaise on it that it fills into the wrapper. What the heck man. Light mayo apparently equals let’s mess with this person and put extra extra.
Our food was not cooked well at all I could tell fries and crispy chicken was fried in either old oil or overheated. My sandwich was supposed to be light on the mayo. My boyfriend's burger was not cooked all the way through. It was just gross. Very disappointed. It was a 35$ tab. We drank our mocha frappes for dinner. Not even enough ice in drinks for them to be cold..
This is getting to be the norm for McDonalds and not just st this franchise.
Manager Margie was extremely unpleasant and rude. We went through the drive thru to pick up two mobile orders and asked to add a hashbrown and drink. When we got to the window, Margie did not greet us at all and instead said in the rudest tone “we don’t usually do three orders in the drive thru” and then shoved the payment reader at us and said nothing. What were we supposed to do? Not order? If she’s 60 and still working at McDonald’s then that’s her fault and she shouldn’t take out her life disappointment on customers. The other employees were pleasant but not Margie. Thanks Margie!
