I ordered a chicken biscuit. Got to work no chicken just a,biscuit. People make mistakes, but come on man. No one even apologized. They just made a new one. Before leaving I looked in the bag. I was given a dirty look. I said I'm not leaving till it's right. Mrs Attitude was mumbling as I left.

I am very disappointed with this location . App order medium tea, medium French fries, and a banana strawberry smoothie. When I was handed the smoothie, it was just over 3/4 full. I ask the girl to fill it to the top of the cup. She said she couldn't because the machine made it. With an attitude, she said I'll make another, but it will be the same. She did, and it was the same, but in the process, she threw the first one in the garbage. I told her that if she had waited and top it off with that one, it would have been great. She told me no, I will have to charge you for another smoothie. So now one of may be 3 managers ask what the problem was told her I just want a refund. She said it's an app purchase. You have to get it from the app. I looked on the app, and NO, you do not it says to see the store for refund. She didn't know that. After 15 minutes of back and forth, the manager made me a full smoothie and apologized for the inconvenience they had given me. The girl with very long tan hair needs to watch a few videos on how to talk to the customer and not smart off to them. Very dissatisfied with this McDonald's.

General Manager Jennifer approached me this morning @ 2815 US-98, Lakeland, FL 33805 while I was working on my laptop, as I have multiple times @ multiple locations nationwide. Her first statement was not a greeting nor information, but "Are you going to purchase something" followed by the outlet you're using has been deemed unsafe and a homeless person removed it. I then said thank you and left. I work for a aero defense contractor company that continues to support our nation's defense daily, and this was the approach I received from a general manager. I'm a clean cut male that has the store app which I use daily, so purchasing was not the question. Very poor mischaracterisation service and needs retraining.

Could not even place an order, the people ignored me because they are understaffed. Maybe stop cutting people off of the shift, that way your customers would be happy. No, corporate is just concerned with lining their pockets, and they serve terrible food that will make you fat.

I've never had a burger so sloppy that I threw it out. The big mac had the pickles on top of the bun like they forgot and just threw them on top of the mess in the box. I know it's cheap and fast food, but this was horrible.
