McDonald's

This used to be the McDonald's I liked. However, the most recent visit showed that the management are clueless about McDonald's menu offerings and operating procedures. Apparently, though a kiosk makes you enter a tent number, they stopped bringing the meal out, resulting in 15 minutes of a confused wait. Eventually I received my meal, but the staff made the wrong item and told me I received what I ordered, which was not the case and confirmed on both the app and the kiosk. Ultimately, I should be making better food choices and this experience sealed the deal.

I am pregnant and came here craving fries and decided to get a burger as well. The burger tasted like dog food and had hardly anything but cheese. Besides that, the fries I was craving were soggy and undersalted. Tasted old as dust. I will not come back for fries ever again. So much for a simple craving solution.

My pregnant wife was craving cheese burgers, I was under the impression a corporate store would have some sort of quality control instead what we got was unsalted 10-1 meat, a dry quarter pounder, and very nasty fries it's not that hard to clean the fryer vat and I'm certain it hasent been done in a while. Not to mention the nuggets where soggy, what are your timers broken. Try to justify the unreasonable price increase with some quality control. Until then my review will remain.

Alison was so kind and helpful. My young daughter was trying to place her own order (extra pickles & ketchup only) and Alison was extremely patient. She also wiped off our table and made us feel welcomed. It was fabulous customer service. We felt well cared for and valued as customers.

Food was cold and nuggets seemed stail. But the curb side pick up was great expecially with it being so cold out and the worker came out with no jacket but he was still super friendly. Got us everything we ordered, just it seemed a bit old
