McDonald's

Went through the Drive Thru with a big order for about 8-9 family members and half way through the ordering process the attendant closed out my order so I had to go to first window to add the other items and pay then after I get my order I was missing food and drinks from first half of order. I didn't get charged for the items but I had ordered them thru speaker at drive thru.

I came to Arkansas from Georgia for my job.. My first night here 2/19/22,I decided to have McDonald's. I ordered a Big Mac,no pickles because I'm allergic to pickles... As always,I look at my sandwich to make sure it's made right... My ticket said no pickles,so why was pickles on my sandwich... The sandwich was remade.. The fries were not hot.. Not Acceptable... Tonight 2/22/22,I decided to go in for my remake of the Big Mac and then decided to order more.. The food is not hot at all,the fries are cold and the presentation of the food is horrible.. You eat with your eyes before you taste anything.. The spicy chicken sandwich was put in a bag,which is suppose to come in a little box like the big mac... I will not be ordering from this McDonald's or any McDonald's in Arkansas... Georgia have problems at times,but atleast the food is fresh and presentable. I can't wait to go back home...

I never leave bad reviews ,but I have to this time. this is my 3rd bad visit here. I received the wrong order after a long wait and the breakfast sandwich was nasty....and not even warm. Hash brown was a bit soggy and a little bit warm. I did not eat any more after the 1st bite.

Ordered through the app for curb side pick up. 20 minutes later and still no food so I go inside to see what's up. They apologize and I get my food 5 minutes later. Get out to my truck and they messed up my burger. Go inside to tell them and they said would fixe right up. 15 minutes later I finally get correct burger. They where nice about it and even refunded me burger price. But come on over 30 minutes for fast food? Ridiculous in my opinion. Everyone has a bad day but this is crazy.

The only thing I like really is the people that work there. Always are so nice. Except you, Matt. I don't HAVE to smile and act like I know you
