McDonald's

So I went inside to get 2 iced coffees. Ordered through the kiosk because they apparently will not help you if you are wanting to order at the counter. After 15 minutes of waiting I go up to the counter waited a good little bit to get a employee to assist us and we say we are waiting on our 2 iced coffees one was a latte well the latte machine was down and wouldn’t be up for 20 minutes that’s something I would like to be informed about. We got our coffees the one that wasn’t a latte all the ice was melted and the latte one wasn’t even a latte we just settled for something else since we was in a hurry. The staff was not very friendly and seemed impatient. I personally recommend people to go to the downtown one on Main Street. It’s usually better service and better product. I really hope this one gets better like it used to be.

After the 3rd time yelling at someone from the counter we finally got a 12 year old to take our order. There were only 3 people in the lobby and we stood there for 10 minutes waiting on someone to come see us. The manager, who was working the line, looked at us 3 or 4 times and never yelled for someone to go up front to check on customers. Food was typical McDs. The bathrooms were filthy and I didn't even go cause they were terrible. Don't k ow who the manager is here but they need to learn how to do their job and make sure their restaurant is running smoothly. Will never stop here again!

People are nice, I think they forgot their supposed to be the cheep fast food tho. If u customize ur burger count on it being wrong every time, if u ask for mayo make sure to say "light mayo" cuz other wise it'll me dripping mayo out the sides as soon as u pick it up, only reason I eat here is for their toys in the kids meals when they have ty beanie babys, Pokemon, or the boo buckets. Also their stock for those toys is super limited so even knowing it's supposed to last a few weeks they could be sold out of the toy in a few days....

We love this McDonald's. The food quality is wonderful. It is way better than the one we have. If it wasn't so far, we would eat here every time we wanted McDonald's.

Picked up dinner for my friend and I, the service was good, but a long wait in drive thru, and food was good!!
