McDonald's

It was great! I just ordered from the kiosk, and the lady dropped my food off at my table. It was buss. The strawberry-banana smoothie is so good!

So busy but the staff handles it very well and it moves swiftly. I got the cactus planet adult happy meal. It’s a fun promotion and it’s popular to post for social media. This McDonald’s is pretty clean in the dining area. It’s the quality of food you’d expect from McDonald’s so it’s consistent to say the least. Also because it’s in boulder you are bound to see something memorable every time you go inside.

After a long flight we stopped here for a quick bite. We are not “fast food junkies” but there was nothing nearby and we were starving! We saw so many cars in line for the drive through but we opted to eat inside. We placed our order on the kiosk and walked up to cashier. She hands us our bottle waters and walks away. There was a lot of movement from staff prepping online orders. And there we stand literally waiting at least five minutes while our waters are getting warm. Finally she hands us our food. We ordered Crispy Chicken Sandwich Combos, had no sauce whatsoever just two pickle slices. They were horrible!!! Fries were hot. Looks like more of a drive through location, I guess people don’t like to walk. There were not too many people inside. The absolute worst customer service. Staff acts like they’re doing you a favor. They seem to forget if no customers come in they’d be out of a job!!!

Workers are great for how busy the location is! At night you can barely tell burger king is open! But McDonald’s always has a line and they handle it pretty well!

Nice newer looking McDonald's. Seemed clean enough. We were greeted rather slowly, but they may have been busy. There was a rather odd mechanism to let us into the restrooms which were locked, an under the counter button. Our order was pretty quick and accurate.
