McDonald's

I typically get breakfast at McDonald's, and I visit several of them in the greater Huntsville area each week. This is one of the few that keep an eye on the front counter for customers who prefer not to use the automated tellers. Feels like an older location, but the service was quick, food was good, and the store was clean.

What the fudge is going on with McDonalds in Alabama. The one close to the arsenal is bad but this one is worse. All sandwich’s were harder than stones. I think management is not following McDonalds guidelines and telling employees to reheat the sandwiches. Management, do you fudging realiza that people that go to McDonald’s either are in a hurry or cannot afford a better meal. It is so disgusting that you don’t provide food or service for people that are similar to your workers. Follow the guidelines. I’m calling county to check your kitchen.

First off I’d like to say that every single time I go through they mess up my order. Not an exaggeration. Tonight they gave me Dr Pepper instead of coke and didn’t give me my sauces. I tried to call up there and no answer. I tried calling a few more times and now it’s not ringing at all just a busy tone. They clearly took the phone off the hook so I couldn’t call. This is way beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. I WILL be talking to corporate.

Was going to dine in but the place was not clean. Felt bad for the manager on duty because the employees under her were not doing anything to help keep things moving. Waited over 20 min for a simple sandwich meal. At least it was hot and tasted good.

This McDonald’s is a joke. The place is disgusting. And we stood in line for 15 minutes on a Tuesday morning. The restaurant was empty. And the drive thru had two cars. Finally, the gentleman behind us gave up and left. We waited another five minutes with two employees staring at us and then we left. I’m all honesty I’m glad we didn’t eat there because the music was loud and not appropriate. The restaurant was a mess, and two employees, a man and a woman watched us and the other customers walk out and never said a word at all.
