McDonald's

Kayla was awesome taking our order, good food. Hot, fresh, cheeseburger and my husband fish 🐠 filet was made to order like my cheeseburger. We're so proud we visited this location. What great treat. We Will definitely be back to this location. Super pleased definitely one of the better McDonald's in this area.

I asked for a cooked to order filet of fish and I received an old cold one. I will be back for a replacement meal or a refund. The quarter pounder hamburger was lukewarm. One order of fries was hot and the other was lukewarm. I want fresh food when I return. Thanks.

Alabama Health Dept Score of 77. Out of Coca-Cola and Dr. Pepper. Order accuracy was 1 item off, but well resolved by Solid Employee. Visually clean facility throughout. Floor from lobby to restroom needs to be brushed with decreaser and re mopped. Keep the kitchen mop out of lobby.. Cooking oil will be everywhere.. Labor like everywhere seems a bit low for 8am. Prices keep climbing.. Thanks to those that continue to work!!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. In short: a few ppl on the evening/ night crew need training in customer service & corporate should reasonably respond to patrons. I'm not looking for a "free lunch" but better service for the next customer. Communication is key to plenty of doors relating to paying customers. Full story below: I had just completed quite a bit of work and wanted to get something to eat for the first time that whole day. Ordered a filet o fish combo. They simply forgot to put tartar sauce on the sandwich. No biggie. I get back in line. I'm patient, but I already knew the sandwich was about to be cold because I was 4 cars back and the inside was closed (someone tried to go in, door was locked). I get to the window and there is this young guy in particular that I recognized because I had an issue with him overcharging me before and having an attitude about it. I let him know about the lack of tartar sauce on the sandwich and I even said you can put some on the side but I finally touched my sandwich and it was cold and the fish was a little stiff at this point. He first said he couldn't take it back anyway and they would remake it. He then came back shortly after and said they would take my sandwich. I repeated "It's cold now. I don't want y'all to reheat it and add tartar sauce." I can hand it back after you all remake the sandwich. I guess we reached a stalemate because he came back and said he still needed it. So, I smiled and said "ok but I'm going to put my finger in this one because I don't want y'all to reheat it and hand it back. It's stiff at this point." He steps back and makes a gesture to someone in the back. A Couple of minutes later, he returns with a filet of fish sandwich in the bag & I'm thinking all is well. I ended up parking in the parking lot to eat only to discover they unprofessionally remade it. It was mostly tartar sauce at the bottom of the box covering & soaking the bun. Basically, it was like a soup. At this point, the line was much longer & I didn't have the patience to wait. I attempted to call 3 times and got no answer. I attempted to call the next day and got no answer. I tried to send a complaint to the franchise owner & "corporate" and got no response. So, now I'm leaving a review. And I HATE leaving bad reviews.

Service was prompt despite long line. Was able to use my app without issue. Order was correct and flavor was exactly what I expected. Customer service could be improved amongst the younger employees though.
