McDonald's

The past 4 out of 5 times that I’ve ordered breakfast from here, I’ve waited 10+ mins for some pancakes. One of the workers mentioned that “we weren’t expecting a big breakfast to be made.” Other times it’s missing fork/knives and most times I’m missing butter and syrup for my pancakes. I don’t even know how they keep missing things when THERES NO ONE ELSE IN LINE! today is the last day I will ever go back to this location because guess what, don’t have butter/syrup AGAIN. The price that I pay for this, I would expect atleast 1 butter and 1 syrup. Can’t even get that right.

This is definitely a slower McDonald’s. The reason why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the manager for the lunch shift on June 21 was working really hard to keep two of the employees up front focused. It seems like these two employees towards the front are not carrying their weight for whatever reasons, but I saw the rest of the team practice patience and professionalism despite the stress. Edited to add: the supervisors name was Katie. I also ordered this on the mobile app 10 minutes before coming and still waited 20+ minutes to get food.

HEY MR/MRS FRANCHISE OWNER, this place is falling apart at the seams! literally!!! The employees were working hard and doing the best they could, but it’s not their responsibility to tell the customer that the place is a sauna because YOU can’t get someone out there to fix it, or to fix the ice machine in the lobby or the CO2. i was there for almost an hour your still pocketing your part, the money was still coming in, make it a more desirable place to work and hire more employees. The only complaint i had was the MOD, every table in the place was dirty the least she could have done was wipe all the tables off before she left.

Easily one of the worst McDonald’s in Colorado Springs. Service is extremely slow. On multiple occasions it takes 15-20 minutes to get one breakfast sandwich. More times than not, inside is a disaster.

Today was my last (3rd try) visit to this location. They never give you your full order. Spent $20 on 2 small breakfast combos and they forgot the hash browns, which was weird because they asked me to pull forward and wait for my order with the reasoning that they were making fresh hash browns. Very slow service and just not a good deal anymore. $$$ I was going to go inside and ask for my missing items, but they were so packed there was a line inside. I just went home frustrated and still hungry.
