McDonald's

This McDonald's is not on the main road in downtown Williams, but about 5 minutes away. It has lots of parking and seating inside and outside. It also has a drive-thru. 🚗 The restroom was clean. You should be able to gauge how busy they are by how full the parking lot is. Please keep in mind that Williams is a tourist town for people visiting the Grand Canyon and Route 66. Besides regular breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes, there may be times when it is just full of tourists. If you want to save money, download their app. 💲🤑💲 Also, they do sometimes have specials like 2 breakfast sandwiches for $5. 🍔🍔 Sodas and coffees are refillable if you dine -in. They do not have self-serve coffee. They will pour it for you and add cream/sugar. The employee who helped us was polite and our food came out quickly. 😊

Slammed busy on a Saturday. It must come in waves of tourists. I didn’t have to wait very long and that was sheer timing. My food was good and not problem at all. I was wondering throughout my meal, as the line of customers was growing and growing, if the people becoming angry were also getting a good lunch. The staff did not adjust the pace to accommodate a lot of guests and they could have. It doesn’t take two employees to sort mcnugget sauces when there is a lobby full of guests waiting on the actual food. That’s poor managerial supervision. It was tough to watch a lot of hungry people grow impatient, because it didn’t have to happen. The buck stops with management and a four star review with a thoughtful comment is generous in comparison to what they were comfortable giving people that day

I got naked MC Crispy - no veggies, no sauce , NOTHING. Very bad👎🏻and we waited so long, not sure for what..

I was very disappointed I went through the drive-through to order a cup of coffee and an apple fritter, and was told that they don’t have Apple fritters at this location anymore Needless to say, the people were pleasant enough, however handing me my cup of coffee by the top side of the cup and touching the lid is not appropriate. It is not good manners. It is spreading a lot of germs and all of these people at McDonald’s locations need to be trained that …you should never hand people the glass by the top / lid. I know that your hands are dirty from counting money and everything else that you touch…. McDonald’s get with the program and teach your young people how to handle the glasses properly.

Food sat for 10 minutes waiting on drinks orange juice and iced coffee, asked them to remake our food they got an attitude, paid extra for extra bacon that I didn’t get! Poor service ! I understand they were busy but people want hot food !
