McDonald's

I came by with my mom and went to drive thru just now. I asked for 4C which was the Deluxe Crispy sandwich and 2 cookies and cream pies. They rang up a Spicy McCrispy when I saw the bag so we told them "no no, deluxe crispy." Saw the box for Deluxe crispy so i thought it was all good. Came home and took a bite, and it's Spicy Deluxe Crispy!! I asked for the damn Deluxe Crispy Sandwich! I didn't say anything about spicy!! If i wanted Spicy Deluxe Crispy, i would have said "spicy deluxe crispy," but i didn't! They didn't switch out the chicken like the photo and you can see the spicy sauce! Now I'm stuck having to eat it while my mouth burns and i can't even enjoy it. I can't handle spicy food and now I'm having to take 1 bite every 20 minutes. They need to pay attention to what customers ask for. And I've been to this location before and they never messed up when I asked for Deluxe Crispy sandwich

Unfortunately, I'll only give 4 stars on service and atmosphere for today's visit. This is due to the fact that I walked into the store to pick up my mobile order, and no one was there to help me. Moreover, my two bags were just sitting at the pickup station unattended. Most people would probably be grateful for not having to make small talk while retrieving their food. However, I feel like McDonald's isn't really the best place to exercise the honor system. No one checked my receipt or attempted to verify that the order was actually mine. I simply walked in, saw the sign for the pickup area, grabbed my bags, waited for someone to approach, and then left again when no one ever did. I could have been anyone for all they knew. This is not just a problem for me but for them also. If someone else had taken my food, they would've had to remake it and would've lost money on it. Overall, it just didn't feel like a secure system. As for the atmosphere, I have 4 stars simply because it was a McDonald's. It was just like all the other, hundreds of McDonald's stores I've been to. The same decor, the same uniforms, the same kind of grumpy old manager yelling at the same kind of stoned teenage kid in the back for throwing food around. I just wish these stores would at least try to be a little more unique so it wouldn't leave me feeling like I had just walked into the same place for the millionth time, only in a different location. I would love to tell you all that the service was good, but again, I really don't know since no one ever even talked to me. Nobody gets 5 stars from me so if u got 4 I am impressed. I got 2 number 1s Big Mac McDonald's, that burger you just crave when u r driving around hungry, yep it was perfect (Hwy 71)store, very well built burger, so well, I had to take pictures!! It was Ssssooo goooddd! the fries were amazing, hot crisp, perfection!! Turned out I only had to pay $1 for 1 Big Mac! Saved me almost 5 bucks (pretax)! Download the app ya'll, and GO EAT!!

I wanted an iced americano, they said they usually only do it hot but did a special request for me and put it over ice. Great service. Great employees. They weren't super busy but weren't super dead. Were happy to accommodate me. Even early on a Saturday morning. The food was hot and fresh and tasted great as did both our coffees. We love McDonald's. Better if you use the app. And really enjoy this location

I thought the egg sausage and biscuit was a little high. $5.49 plus tax . It was good just didn't want to spend 8 dollars on that with a drink
