Not only was the speed of service poor I waited in line for just under 20 mins to receive my food thrown inside of a bag. I did not eat either the 1/4 pounder or the nuggets. They really need to shut this restaurant down because for the love of god they don't hire decent staff this has been going on for years I'm not eating food with strands of hair or food that's hanging out of a bag such ill preparation

Today my daughter and I went to this location. They were busy but Sharon was super friendly. We had a couple mistakes on the order but she happily fixed them and went above and beyond for us. We appreciated you. Thank you.

This is the worst Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered my food and they didn’t make it for an hour and refuse to remake it before doordash support was contacted. Even after they were contacted, they refused to remake the order. Whoever answered the phone had attitude and everyone that worked on 12/10/23 at 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. deserve to be fired.

I waited in the drive thru last night for 16 minutes, I kept saying "hello"? a young lady finally told me that I would have to wait a few minutes longer due to the "long line". When I drove up, I noticed there was only 1 man waiting online. obviously door dash takes precedents over customers with hungry children burning gas in line. The Karen behind me was yelling her head off for me to move because she was trapped and done with the wait, I left.

Have been through the drive thru multiple times now, and they were closed without saying anything to guests or having anything posted. This past time, we drove up to the window, and the employee was extremely rude about it on top of it.
