McDonald's

They kicked my friend and her two kids out and claimed they being a handful. They were literally sitting at the table watching a tablet. He got up once to give her a hug. How do you kick two small children out of a food establishment originally made for kids. Absolutely disgusting. Doesn’t even make sense? Somebody needs to be fired.

I was done eating my food before my daughter could even get hers to feed her and my grandbaby and so many employees there just staring around wasn't sure what they needed to be done but it was still a 20 minute wait after I got mine before she finally got hers after going up and finding it sitting on the counter instead of calling out a number or bringing it to her table I think the employees there need some job management skills or customer service 101 classes

Between 4 and 7 or the worst hours to go. They just don't care and I go there every day. Some of the employees know me by first and last name just by seeing my car. But when someone says no something on their sandwich that doesn't mean scrape it off. That means make a new one. It is their job right to make sandwiches not to be scrapers? They're sandwich makers not scrapers. Someone mentions not scraping the onions off, try and just make a new sandwich without smashing it all together in a fist and throwing the fries and sandwiches all in the bag together like it's some kind of pinatas because you're mad someone wants you to do your job. I've worked at McDonalds. So I do know what it's like. And not once did I treat a customer away that I didn't want to be treated. Managers do better at controlling your employees. You see what they're doing you just don't care.

Drove thru yesterday, ordered $47 worth of food. (Ridiculous, I know)I left and noticed they didn't give me 10 PC nuggets for my stepson. Went back thru line and the short girl with red hair tried to tell me they were going to have to ring me up because they entered it in the system as a meal, so they know they gave it to me. I told her check my bags, so she took my bags back thru the window and added the nuggets and said "you're done". Needless to say, everything was cold and the fries were inedible. Sooo not going back there!

My son ordered and ate, but he seemed to enjoy it. Service was decent.
