I guess the old fashion saying "You get what you pay for" applies for the FREE FRAP in rewards. I had the option between medium or large. Looks like the store had their own thoughts of what a large is...

*Clean area. *2 drive-thru lines. *Easy access back to I-4. *Food was delicious!

the lady got our order wrong and just started giving us random food we didn’t even ask for and then wouldn’t take it back when it wasn’t right, so we ended up driving away and we noticed she forgot our ONE (1) mcflurry. when we went around again…she said oh you two were the ones with all the extra food orrrrr? did i not give u all that extra stuff? and starts listing random things we didn’t even order or want😭she finally cracked and gave us an item we actually ordered after being rude to us about it for a bit…very odd…you can’t just give someone random items and not expect them to want what they ordered. also she gave me the wrong kind of mcflurry but whatevz

It’s inconsistent. Sometimes it takes a long time to get your food (if you’re sitting inside) and sometimes it comes speedily (and our order never changes, just one meal). Several times at the drive-thru they asked if we wanted a boy or girl toy and then got the opposite gender toy from the one we asked for. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh and sometimes it stale and cold. It’s a relatively new restaurant (just opened a year ago) and their automated kiosks have been broken and unusable.

As a frequent McDonald’s customer, I can truly say this establishments food is wonderful; yet management is terrible. I have witnessed Gloria GM be absolutely disgusting to her employees.. which then concludes to the atmosphere being terrible due to that. There needs to be serious investigation launched.
