McDonald's

Around 3:52 AM on Sunday, December 3, I was at the establishment's drive-through for about a minute, trying to communicate through the intercom without any response. Eventually, I drove past the window and noticed an African-American worker wearing a black mask, stationed at the register just standing there without taking any orders could even see a green light on his mic. How are you?

This is my local and neighborhood McDonald’s I have been going to this location for over 7 years. It seems to me that the quality of the beef in their sandwiches has been upgraded, I can tell by the flavor and texture of the meat. This fast food place holds a sentimental place in my heart and always will.

I find it hard to believe that this McDonald's goes cash only as often as it does. It's always when a certain worker is working too. I hope it's legit, if not that's a lot of lost revenue. The food is amazing though and the service is wonderful when it's not cash only.

This is one of the few McDonald's left that I can go to The staff is always well groomed and 100 in their attention to what matters most. It may be just fast food but I have expectations and lately everything and everyone has been doing a terrible job. But they have the best staff and the food is always fresh well made and perfect 👍

I give this location worse than a 1. My family and I went there and had breakfast. We noticed that this was one of the locations that removed their self-service fountain drink stations. After eating, we kindly asked to see if we can get refills, and they angrily refused. I'm not sure if the lady was a manager or not, but this location does not care about customer service. I will never go back to this location and I encourage others to not dine in at this location either.
