McDonald's

I placed an order online via mobile for pickup , when I visited the restaurant they say my order was not available or showing in the system. I kept running in and out from the front desk to the curbside. No one helped. Later the manager searched for orders online and they made the food ready later . The thing is they have least interest in taking orders and are just busy in serving doordash or drive through Lack of knowledge is a thing here

Usually this location gets my order right, but it’s McDonald’s so there are some unspeakable moments. However, this location usually has the friendliest customer service, and they are pretty quick for the most part. A little too convenient of a location, and plenty of parking.

McDonald’s was a let down, I used the drive through, everyone who works there is very nice and kind, there are no problems with the staff it’s the food that has a weakness. The fries are dry and stale, the nuggets ate not that good. I don’t expect anything from McDonald’s though.

I went to this location today around 7pm I had to come online Specifically to leave a review. The manager on duty helped us with our order She was ESPECIALLY respectful polite, and friendly. She used my name several times calling me MS.---- And she even added aroma 7-8 napkins into my bag so for the 1st time EVER I actually had enough napkins Extra Special Thank you for Excellent Service with a smile

For a week night at 1130pm and the area it's located in you would think their service would be much faster. I sat in the drive thru line for 20 mins and never moved forward before I decided to go to a different location. The line was around the building and literally one car from going out into RT 72 (main road).
