This tap you card and no receipt is sketchy! First time I tapped they said it didn't go through when I got to pickup window. So they had to swipe it which at that point I got a receipt. My bank ledger shows it went through both times. I was charged $7.20 for 2 sausage biscuits! Called and talked to a manager and was rudely told you got to call back when the general manager is here so good luck yall

We waited forever for our order. When we finally received it, it was missing items. We had to wait longer to get the items we were missing. Then we needed Ketchup. There was no Ketchup out and no one was helping us, again. I saw some Ketchup packets just behind the counter, so I stepped over to grab a few. I was immediately reprimanded for stepping behind the counter. First of all, I should have never had to step behind to help myself. Secondly, I should have been apologized to for having to be creative enough to get it myself, not rudely reprimanded. Terrible customer service experience.

So grateful for the playplace for the kids. Easy kiosk ordering and a family bathroom. Very family friendly!

Literally the fastest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Super nice people and the bathrooms are clean. I drive through troy once every 2 weeks and go there every single time.

If I could give a negative 20 I would! Drive thru for iced coffee then told to pull and wait. After 15 min I go inside and gave wrong size and not anything close to what I ordered. Literally was a 30 min coffee stop even asked for money back and they acted like I said nothing! The work force is Sad!!!! I will make it at home before I get stressed about this again!
