Decent staffing with a sense of professionalism. Clean restrooms. Clean and presentable lobby. Lobby hours are kinda late so that's good for customers who want to come in and sit down for a meal. Upgraded lobby with kiosk for ordering food.
I think all locations are headed in that direction. Progress is a good thing. Moving forward for more opportunities to better serve.

Just ordered a large sweet tea no ice
At the drive thru but instead got unsweetened tea no ice gave back to the gal then she gave again the same thing unsweetened tea no ice three times this happened until I just got fed up and asked for large Dr Pepper no ice
Even spoke in Spanish to hurry up and what’s taken so long
It’s a simple order again in Spanish
And top of this there was an extensive line because their sweet tea isn’t sweetened
Got some breakfast for the kids before school and ordered more than $40 worth of food once I got home after the kids got to school and went to get my sandwich realized that I didn't get mine so I tried to call to see if they would just refund me over the phone with my credit card that I paid for the order with still have my receipt and this was within the hour of ordering the food. Nobody answered the phone so I went back down there for $4.50 and one of the managers there did not want to refund me because I "didn't call". I showed her my call log on my phone and said I tried to call rang for two minutes and nobody answered so I hung up. She acted as though I was trying to hustle her out of some money or something and only wanted to give me $1, if that, I told her she was going to give me my whole money back and if I was trying to hustle her out of some money, I would've made sure it was more than $5 since the total was more than $40. She told me "next time she wouldn't do it". There will be no next time. If you continue to be rude to customers like that, they won't keep going to your establishment.
We would frequent this McDonald's over the winter and the play area was never heated. We just went there today when it was hot outside and they don't have air conditioning in the play area either! At least in the winter we could wear jackets. Do not go to this McDonald's on a really hot or really cold day. It is a real bummer because this one has the best play area out of any in the area.

This McDonald’s is incredible for kids. The play place is like no other I have seen before!! It’s a must go for any parent.
