McDonald's

The service here was great. The young man that rung up my order was polite and kind in the service he provided. When I was grabbing a straw, there was another young man cleaning up the area and he was also polite and attentive. Overall good service at this location. And of course my ice coffee was made just to my liking.

I do delivery pickups and this McDonald’s should get 5 stars in ignoring people in their lobby. On average, I wait about 10 minutes for someone to just acknowledge me. With so many people up front, it’s amazing how good they all are at avoiding eye contact.

Not sure about atmosphere but not fair to give it anything less than a 5 without actual review. Always go to drive through. I don't know if i just hit it at the right time but it is always fast. Food is average for McDs.

The employees are nice enough just super busy. They are so focused on getting the orders out I 45 seconds they don't take the time to make sure the order is right. I actually went inside today and no one came to take my order for 10 minutes. I ended up placing my order on the kiosk. Not sure why they think customers expect their food in less than a minute.

app order went thru drive thru told them my app order number they said no don't have it , I explained you already charged me so you have to have it nope nothing sorry put someone else on speaker said no we don't have an order sorry. So pulled around went inside and the order was on the counter. Manager was there told him my experience in drive thru he said well it is for pick up not drive thru. I told him really so noby can see the orders in the system to know it's an app order and just tell me you have to pick up inside . He simply handed cups for drinks and walked away. I guess now you want your clients to smile for you provide their own customer service hell why not just have me cook my order to I would hate to inconvenience your work with ........ WORK! Get it together because simply said I'm not "lovin it"
