McDonald's

The dining room was pretty clean and no customers dining in while we ordered. We ordered from the kiosk, selected our table number to have the food delivered to our table and paid. We waited about 20 minutes and then went to the counter to ask. Our food was there waiting on a tray and based on the ticket info, was setting there for 15 minutes. My husband asked was this our food and the response was a silent nod. There was no real customer service. My husband had to ask for new fries as they were cold on the tray. He was given only one of the two orders. He had to ask again and then was given new fries. When my husband asked why it wasn’t delivered as specified in the directions, again just a silent shrug. The food was good but if dining in make sure you watch for your food.

Ordered the fish sandwich actually too very disappointed the fish sandwiches in grade school when I was growing up was much better trust me that ain't saying much

This is my closest location, and I typically drive 15-20 min out of the way for a better experience. I’m often rushing if I go so I can’t go back and complain and get my order fixed. Some of the issues I’ve experienced- no customer service. Not bad, just nonexistent. They say nothing to you. For one while they were upcharging for things you didn’t even order, and offered refunds in the form of apple pies. What’s the best thing about Mcdonald’s? The fries. So why are they consistently under cooked, under salted, and underwhelming? Smh I understand fast food at a “cheap” price but this is just ridiculous

Ordered a cheeseburger and a 10 piece chicken nugget combo with a sprite for my kids. Received the pictured items (plus the sprite, which was sprite so it was OK I guess). Really don’t know how to comprehend it but there it is. I’ve had many problems with this location before but never felt the need to complain as I know times are tough. The bacon smelled rancid and it and the fries were ice cold. Highly suggest avoiding this location. Update: My wife drove to the restaurant to try to get the right items. They forgot the fries. Total trash and will never come back. Also the listed phone number doesn’t work and it connects to a fax machine. And of course they charged us again for the replacement items.

One of the best mcdonalds. I use the app most of the time, and i have no problems there. My food is always right, and fast, and everyone is always super friendly too!
