My order was taken correctly but when I received it, it was wrong. My mom wanted a spicy chicken then realized it didn't have veggies so she changed it to a chicken deluxe. After I left, I noticed they got ahead of my order before it was complete and made the spicy chicken instead. Wish the people who made my food correct their mistake and not get ahead themselves. I understand they have a time limit they need to hit but they were not that busy. Plus I ordered through drive thru and they didn't even give me any napkins. Not even in my kids meal orders. They should know, at least put some napkins in for the kids orders. Sucks cause I was traveling through after driving for a few hours and my kids wanted to go to McDonald's. Won't be going there again.
The people were really good and helpful. Even though it's McDonald's. I was there because they were conveniently on my way home. So I believe that reason is why "fast food" became a thing. I didn't go in so I didn't participate in the atmosphere.
Had done the survey so we wanted to order a quarterpounder and get our 2nd one free.
The lady behind the counter didnt know anything about it, she asked someone. No not anybody knew it. She had to wait for the manager ,she was not there(we actually think we saw her) we showed her the add in the store about the offer but she did not respond. We ordered something else and when they brought it to the table no cup for the drink no straw, only the food.
If someone is new,no problem but dont let this person alone with no one for her to ask questions
I work here so I feel like what I gotta say about it is a little biased... our food is good (I've seen em make it, all safe and clean) our service is a 5 (cause I'm always running around helping every soul in the building out because we are understaffed, we care but we can't always be there) and our atmosphere gets a 3 because we don play music in our lobby like most places.
If you’re looking for fast food you found it. However, this McDonald’s has a major problem of running out of things like cups, creamers, broken machines, and other issues that should be controlled by the leadership through ordering. Employees are nice and usually embarrassed when they don’t have items that are out of their control.
