Ordered through the mobile app. Both burgers were wrong, I’m highly allergic to what was on mine, but we just swapped so we didn’t have to go through that ridiculously slow line. We ordered 4 sprites, they weren’t cold and weren’t filled up. But what was worst of all is the fact the workers were petting a dog in front of us and then handling food. I love dogs, but I don’t want a stranger handling my food that just had his hand licked. Both windows were just sitting there petting the dog. 7:55 pm Thursday august 31st.

It all depends on the time of day. Late night is usually at the lower side of ok. But during the day they are usually pretty good.

I have never had a problem getting something wrong or sub-par replaced before today! I ordered a chicken nuggets kids meal and a large fry. The happy meal is fine. I called and had to wait for the manager, Alejandro, to get out of the restroom to speak to him. I told him that my large fry was only half full, that it would fit in a medium container. He asked if I wanted to bring the fries back to get it replaced. I told him I would come back later. I told him that my son was going to go ahead and eat what fries there were. He said I had to bring them back to get them replaced. I said so, you're basically saying I'm lying to you, He said no, but they have to have them back so they can replace them. They can't waste food. Isn't that what they are going to do? Yeah, I put the catchup covered fries back in the container and I'll take them back later!! Now I see why I've been noticing extra long lines at the Burger King across the street!!! I'll be in that line myself now!!

Everytime I place an order its wrong and the order taker even repeats my order back to me. Then the wrong item gets thrown in the trash ( so sad ) so many hungry out there. When you tell the person that works there the order is wrong they get rude and have an attitude. Like it's my fault. Earn a good days work treat people nice. We are owed nothing

Tried to order hot cakes knowing they are served 24 hours and was told they weren’t serving breakfast. Before i could pull away the guy working drive thru told me byyyeee. Need friendlier people to deal with the public.
