McDonald's

Great hot food, friendly workers. Would love it if this location had more deals on the app. Was told recently that if you want to use two deals ( two separate transactions, mind you ) that you must wait 10 minutes between each transaction. That's new to me. Otherwise, it is a great location, and there is lots of parking easy access.

Typical McDonald's location with the full menu that other locations serve. Went during breakfast hours and it was surprisingly not busy for the time. I placed a mobile order and my food was ready relatively quickly. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was good too, didn't taste like it had been sitting around a while. Nice restaurant and not bad at all.

Batesville ar mcdonald's has gone so far down hill I actually emailed their customer service. But they sent me 2 free meals. I used them out of town .

My order is never right. The Staff is rarely friendly (only had a good experience with one lady that works the drive-through during the day. She is such a sweetie and so friendly). They do not have any keto/diabetic friendly items other than diet soft drinks, side salad, and water, and each time i order side salads, the letruce is brown. The food always tastes old and rarely looks appetizing. The ice cream/ shake machine is always "down." I seriously quit eating here because of the taste of the food, the attitude of the staff, and never getting everything I order. Food is too expensive to be getting shorted on what you order. The entire store needs to be retrained.

My husband got a refill on his coffee while we waited on our order of two chicken biscuits. That's how slow they were. The employees were moving about as fast as the sloth on the movie Zootopia. I thought at least the chicken biscuits would be hot & fresh, but they were lukewarm at best. The employees were friendly at least. Be prepared to wait.
