McDonald's

Ordered 2 identical iced coffees this morning and when we got to the pickup window they handed us the large iced coffee almost overflowing WITH NO LID and said “we don’t have any lids for this because of the whipped cream so we couldn’t put one on.” they didn’t even offer a flat lid they just handed it to us like this. Not to mention the coffees themselves weren’t made correctly even after going over the order multiple times over the speaker and at the window. This is the only McDonald’s in the area that can’t seem to get a coffee order right and now you’re handing people in cars coffees with no lids and the management thinks this is acceptable? This is absolutely ridiculous and the manager that stood right there and watched the girl hand this cup out the window needs to be fired, if you can’t figure out how to fill the cup and still get a lid on if you’re out of domes then maybe this isn’t the job for you.

This particular McDonald's is very clean. They have a Playland that is kept very clean. The service is great. They bring your food to the table. It's open 24 hours.

Saddest excuse for a hamburger I've ever had. It was basically a charcoal disk. They definitely aren't tracking the times they are supposed to be throwing things out.

I don't normally review McDonald's unless it's absolutely horrible. But this time it's the opposite. Both the ladies I spoke with were sooo friendly and polite. The food was hot, came out fast, and the fries were perfect. But mostly those two employees were fantastic. Hardly ever see a happy employee at the McDonald's window. It was nice.

When you order a cheeseburger plain... you still put the cheese on the cheeseburger! Both cheeseburgers in the cheeseburger wrappers with the receipt that says cheeseburger have no cheese on them. Where do you find these people? Who trains them? Why does this have to be pointed out?
