I just visited this store (probably my 100th time) and it took us 10 minutes to place my order. (We no longer have the option to order at the counter or to get assistance.) Then another 5 mins for your manager to assist us. This puts your manager in a position to deal with unsatisfied customers. Over and over!
The new do it yourself method is not a savings to me or you. I have now watched people walk out after not being able to order!
But on a bright note... all the surrounding chains are loving it.
Please change this. I would love to come back. It's not worth it otherwise!
Yet another McDonald's that has gone to kiosk ordering only. The registers are blocked by a big cardboard sign begging for help which forces you to use the nasty touch screen kiosk covered in fingerprints . Apparently they don't help to clean them once in a while!
Absolutely no one will talk to you, your just on your own to figure out how to navigate the kiosk and then guess what... true to form they got the order wrong.
Done with this location. Put people back up front to talk to. I've included a picture that is on the wall inside the location. It's very fitting... Hello, anybody there!

Arrived inside the location at 10:55 to order breakfast only to find out they do not have people to take your orders anymore. You must use a computer screen, after tryin to use the menu for 10 minutes and not being able to find "breakfast" I then stood at the counter saying "Hello, I need some help!"
Finally a lady that appeared to be a manager since she was dressed differently, asked what I needed. I exclaimed I could not find breakfast. She stated there is no more breakfast and walked away.
Nobody seemed to care about helping actual people at the front counter anymore.
No information as to when breakfast ended leaving me to wonder if I arrived in time or not.
It is clear they are only there to do what is required and I will never return to this location.
Thanks for teaching me what customer service looks like in December 2023! I'm so disappointed about so called customer service.
I went to jack in the box where breakfast is really still served all day and they have people at the counter to greet you and take your order so you don't have to touch bacteria infested screens!

This is the grossest McDonny’s. I watched a lady eat fries in the kitchen and idk that this table or play areas has ever been cleaned lolllll. One star for all the socks inside the play area. Smells like sewage and

Atmosphere in the store is generally cold when trying to get what you paid for. Not welcoming service. Food is usually not hot by the time you get what you paid for.
