McDonald's

This McDonald was cramped and dirty, as well as infested with flies. Gross. Also there was a play place but it was closed with no explanation. My group and I placed an order for pickup at least twenty or thirty minutes before we arrived and they didn’t start working on it until we were in the restaurant and asked if it was ready. We were on a field trip with some students with challenging behaviors, which I understand is difficult. However, we had everything under control. It was really disappointing that not only the customers by but also the staff stopped what they were doing to gawk at us and get in our way, causing a potentially dangerous situation. We were not being disruptive and told then customers and staff repeatedly they everything was under control, and they beat thing to do was go about business as usual and use an alternate exit, but they completely ignored us and just made the situation more difficult anyway. On a less serious note, our order was incorrect. Perhaps if the employees had concentrated on their jobs instead of being disrespectful and rude to students with special needs. What a huge disappointment.

Completely incompetent and rude management. The hours listed online are 24 hours. I use the app to place an order for counter pickup, as I have an oversize vehicle that doesn't fit through the drive, though. I get there and the door is unlocked, bit as soon as I enter, I am rushed by a lady telling me that I need to leave. I show her my order for counter pickup that I just placed, and she tells me that I need to go through the drive though, even after I explained that it is too big. As mcdonalds has no way of canceling the order, I had to stand in a rainy drivethrough to get my food despite the fact that I was already standing in the building.

For the most part they are nice I have had one or two people be kind of rude once when they charged our card but said they didn't and then a young girl today who was rude when we were paying half cash and half card. She acted like we were putting her out so much. I even apologized about it,and she still acted like it was too much for her to do. But every other time they are nice

Literally only got 3 items which I didn’t order and was missing more like they literally hire anyone now… be better McDonald’s

Well I guess they can't really help being in a terrible area, 10 out of 10 times, there's no way of escaping 2 or 3 people standing either in the front of the main entrance, or around the corner where you go to order in the drive thru, most likely harassing people for change or food. It seems though they more often than not have people who speak little English taking all the orders for the drive thru which makes it quite annoying and because there is MEGA language barrier, perhaps come off all rude as hell. Other than that couple MEGA turn offs, they do try to get everything out to you very quickly. Could do a much better job with making sure more often their fries are fresh, because WE ALL know, McDonald's fries are disgusting when they aren't FRESH.
