I hate to pile on with another bad review, but this restaurant just doesn't measure up even to McDonald's generally declining standards. There's never anyone minding the front counter. You can order at the kiosk but you might or might not be able to pay at the kiosk. It randomly sends customers to the counter to pay. But, since there's never anyone working at counter, you might as well just leave right then and forget it. If you get lucky enough to process your entire order at the kiosk it'll likely be around 20-30 minutes before you see any food. Or, you might wait 15-20 minutes only to have an employee come to your table and let you know they don't have what they need to make what you ordered. In my most recent case, they were out of McRib buns. I'm not quite sure how that happens since those particular buns aren't used to make anything else on the McDonald's menu. Seems like each location would get pretty much the same number of McRib buns as McRib patties and maybe a few extra in case one gets dropped on the floor or something. Logistics used to be McDonald's strong suit; this kind of thing was the entire basis of their business model. Not anymore, apparently. On the off chance that you actually get food at this location before it's time for your next meal, it's generally pretty good - hot, fresh, etc. Oddly, despite everything they get wrong at this location, they've always gotten our order right. Unfortunately, the odds that we get what we came for are just too long. I'm not crazy about the pseudo-Banksy wall decor, either. Makes it feel like you're eating in an alley behind a commercial building. We won't be going to this particular McDonald's location again for a long time, if ever.

Seems that the only ones doing their work is Ariana I've been waiting well over a half an hour just for a Uber Eats pickup

We stopped by last night and went through the drive through. It took 20-25 minutes to get two burgers and two fries. The fries had so much salt on them, we had to throw them away. We ordered large fries and they were half full. We have given this restaurant numerous tries and they always fail miserably. Two weeks ago we came through the drive through and they said it would be 25-30 minutes for our food. This place is a joke! Sell it to somebody who cares.

For the first time in years I received world class service from a McDonald's. My daughter and I stopped by on Wednesday October 5th for a quick bite after leaving my daughter's hair appointment. The employee's were so friendly and told us about the new sauces they would would possibly like. We were delighted with the Mambo and Sweet and Spicy Jam. Thanks Rashauna and Courtney for extra service. We enjoyed our visit!
