The one star rating should have tipped you off...in case it didn’t...Quarter Pounder was cold and stale as were the fries. The only warm item, my drink...no joke! This Micky D's sucks!

Such a sweet girl at the register! Helpful and brought our meal to us while we were still sitting. Which also shows how quickly the food was ready. Hit and delicious. Very clean bathroom and dining as well. They were out of mild sauce and the espresso machine was down. But that is more manager/corporate and not at all shocking. 😂 It's not easy being perfect!

The drive through window staff were great! Top notch customer service. The food quality was poor however. Ordered burgers, fries, chicken nuggets, all were dry, tasted old. 3 of us did not eat our meals.

Again, your employees don't understand the menu concept of buy 1 get 1 for $1. On three different occasions this order has been incorrect. When I say I want a buy one get one burger and an order of fries that is 2 burgers 1 fry. If I say I want 2 buy one get one that is 4 burgers not 2. Today we had a debate about how many burgers is in a buy 1 get 1. REALLY? YOU ALL NEED A READING AND LISTENING COMPREHENSION COURSE Also, maybe some instructions on what your menu offers and a little math as well. #sick of idiots

Ordered 40 nuggets through door dash and didn’t receive not one sauce called to let manager know this is the 2nd time this has happened and ordered a happy meal with milk and didn’t get the milk and the manager literally said to call door dash like it was their fault that we didn’t get the milk and sauces. They need to pay more attention to detail and care a little more about their customers I will no longer support this McDonald’s from this point on!!
