McDonald's

The kids play area was very clean and there was nobody there! at 1800 on a Friday! The staff was very friendly and helpful even though these days all the attention goes to the drive thru. Especially Alydia at the Register! Solo parent vs 2 kids and they offered to bring me the food. A great way to spend $8 and let them finish off the Friday energy! 2yr of and 4 yr old. Best part was a very clean bathroom with a changing table just for the kids area. 4 stars only cause the cheese on their cheese burgers were still only half way on the burgers.. Come on man.

When the self serve order system was broke I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the front to take my order. Once the employee came to the front staring at his phone he looked up long enough to greet me with a "Wassup". He then gave me my cups and total then walked off again staring at his phone. I went to get my drinks and all I could smell was mold and all the cup lids were gone. After that I went into the play place. All the tables were dirty and the trash was over flowing. After seeing this I went to talk to a manager and it was the guy that "took my order". I told his of my disappointment of the look and smell of the resturant, his unprofessional greeting, and overall lack of care to even be in the job he was doing. He made excuses and turned around with attitude and mouthed off as he walked to the back again staring at his phone. This was the worst experience in a McDonald's I've ever had. I will not be visiting this location again.

I went in this evening to pick up a mobile order. When I went in, a customer in front of me had some sort of speech impediment and was asking an employee about their mobile order. The employee was not very nice to the young girl and then, after she left, I am almost positive I heard someone making fun of her speech impediment in the kitchen. My food was fine and the same employee was nice enough to me, but I shouldn’t have been able to hear what I did.

Need to have breakfast all day. Some of us work late at night, and don't get up early enough to get the breakfast. The big breakfasts are good, but so are the burritos and the sausage griddles, and my favorite drink, [ caramel frappe].

The restaurant was absolutely filthy. What happened to COVID time cleanliness? You would think no diseases exist going there. Nothing was clean. No soap, no clean windows or tables. I did let my children play in the play area because that's why we went there. This place could be great if management would make sure to have the place clean and a bathroom with soap to wash your hands.
