McDonald's

The food was hot and fresh. We waited a bit long for fries, but they made up for it by filling the box generously. The restaurant was very clean. I’d rate it higher if it wasn’t so COLD…about 66 degrees inside - noticeably MUCH colder than outside (a perfect 70 degrees near 9 am). We took our food back to our car rather than eat in the restaurant.

Customers had to order at one of the kiosks. The one I tried told me that the card reader was not working and that I should take my report to the counter and pay there. The person at the counter was rude and told me that I needed to pay at the kiosk. When I explained that the kiosk told me to pay at the counter, she said that's because you didn't select pay at kiosk (which I did). This "server" looked up something on the register and walked off. Then she yelled back at me to swipe my card on the machine like I was supposed to read her mind. I'm not expecting top-notch service at McDonald's but I would expect a basic level of decency. Very disappointing experience.

Would give this place zero stars pulled up to the outside lane to order center for 7 to 10 minutes. Had to back out. Go to the inside line set up that speaker for five minutes. Had to ask hello several times just to get someone to answer once they answered the window I went to order my food. They rudely told me that the bundle deal I wanted was no longer on the menu so I ordered a 20 piece, a large fry and three sweet teas pulled up to the window lady rudely took my card paid for my meal did not give me a receipt or nothing and then I pulled up to the second window. They finally gave me my food and drinks. I pulled away once I realize there was no receipt. I went back to the window. Well I was rudely greeted. what do you want? Tried to get my receipt would not get my receipt after arguing with the manager for 10 minutes I finally got my receipt. Some racial slurs were said from the worker inside the window would not recommend this place. Told the manager on duty what was going on and he seem to not care either. I’ve spent a lot of money at this place, but I will never step foot back in that McDonald’s again places like this put a bad name on a corporate company.

Food was good until I pulled Bonqui-qui’s hair out of my teeth
