McDonald's

The food is always a hit and miss here! Sometimes we get it so cold and stale and sometimes we get it fresh off the grill. My irritation with this location is they’re always trying to park us and bring us our food but when we receive it something is always missing. Oh and some of the employees are extra rude when we’re just trying to get the food that we paid for. But I am posting today because I’m thankful for once I didn’t get parked and everything was perfect..

I normally dread coming to this McDonald’s because of the service and they always seem to forget things and then I usually have to wait after having waited in the drive thru line. Not today and they were still pretty bus. So I just wanted to commend on what a great job they did today! Have a great day guys!

I've never reviewed a McDonald's before, and I want to say I eat McDonald's maybe three times a year. So I don't know if it's the hormones due to my pregnancy, but this is probably the best McDonald's I've had in years. I was really surprised that even my fries came out hot, and I liked my Big Mac a lot that I'm craving it now.

The service here is just awful. I ordered a medium iced coffee in the drive-through and was asked to wait in front for it. For a SINGLE iced coffee. Not only did I comply and wait in front, but they completely forgot about me and left me waiting outside in 110 Temps with my baby. I walked in after 15 minutes and talked to the manager, and he was completely unapologetic and really just gross. This location is the worst. Do better.

Manager here I'm pretty sure she a manager had grey button down, amazing she had so much too do and kept her composure and helped everyone who had questions or concerns, held it down with amazing service and stayed calm. This women needs raise, promoted or help if not I don't see this McDonald's doing as good without her
