McDonald's

Visted just recently and the cashier made us feel like helping white people was a disgrace, didn't bother asking if we were eating in just put our order in a bag. Wouldnt give us our cups until our order came out. No clean tables, counter with the soda machine was sticky and half stocked. Manager on shift was doing everything because no one else wanted to work.

Ok food for kids. Burgers and Chicken bland. Shakes are decent. Play area for kids.

As far as McDonald's goes, this is a good one, employees are very nice, always smiling, food is good, never have had any issues here, drive thru is easy to get in and out of unlike a lot of other restaurants. This is our only fast food restaurant and they do a great job showing it.

I placed a mobile order and after waiting a while I went inside the store. The manager on duty said they never received the order and what would I like. He then proceeded to tell me I would have to repay even after showing him the receipt emailed to me proving I already paid. Everytime I go to this restaurant in the evenings the management and the staff are rude and have no idea what customer service is. I believe staff follow the lead of management. Retraining is required.

Usually I’ll only post a bad review for fast food places but today I was so impressed I had to come leave 5 stars. It was clean, the staff were friendly, the food came out fast and on top of that a woman came by to make sure we had everything. I’ve never had that happen at a McDonald’s.
