McDonald's

First time at this McDonald's, the lane was very long , the employees were not concerned about the long wait I waited 30 minutes in line for a Las Hot cakes and sausage. When I receive my food it was cold and old.

Once again another 24 hour place this closes at the convenience of their workers without any explanation. I would say I’m surprised but I’m not. This is the norm. Just do yourself a favor and shut down completely.

5 stars for cleanliness/friendliness; 1 star for 25 min wait/order made wrong. I order on the kiosk. Me and the other gentleman who ordered at the same time did not receive our order until we went to the counter and reminded them. I then asked if my order was made as requested and without hesitation or investigation the cashier assured me it was. I knew then it wasn't;and surely it was not. Do better "over a billion served"!

I believe you can look at my pictures and it will speak for itself. But I ordered a Double Quarter pound and it was pink and onions everywhere. It took so long for my food to get done my food came out undone. I feel so disgusted at the service of uncooked food and wasn't nobody there but me and the drive-thru customers I didn't understand why it took forever. That's just nasty how y'all serve me food that wasn't good. Get it together!

I always love this McDonald's... They thought I was a crazy person because I walked in during a tornado warning. It was pouring thunderstorms. I walked in and one lady said you brave hunny out in all you still want McDonald's? I laughed and replied yes I want my fish sandwich. The crew are all nice and friendly.
