McDonald's

I told the cashier my order three times. He couldn't get it. 2 sausage cheese egg mc muffins and 2 with just egg and cheese. 4 orange juices. The orange juice was Horrible, (orange water) is what they should call that. No one could drink it so it's just money down the drain. We pay a lot for the food and drinks here now. I don't think that you should add that much water to your concentrate to save a buck and rip people off but that's what it seems like ya did. Oh ya my family really enjoyed their Egg sandwiches with No butter and No cheese!! Awesome job! Thanks!!!

This McDonald's in Palm Desert 111 has the most amazing food service I've seen in awhile. The food is served fast and hot. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Saydal ( hope I spelled your name right) thanks for your service and to your awesome McDonald's crew keep up the good work.😁👍

The service was nothing to brag about. After repeating my order again and again, I was shocked to open my togo bag just to see the wrong food. Their food isn’t bad, but the staff and vibe make this establishment a bad experience.

Came on Saturday every table dirty , Floor dirty kids play area dirty fountain drinks are out no sweet tea it's a mess today! Short on staffing

It has an old school playground for the kids with the new tablets and games as well. The playground is indoors so it's really nice for the summers. Bathrooms are clean, food was good, ice cream machine working and service was not great but i don't blame them. The only complain is that i wish McDonalds treat and pay their employees better. There's also screens to order
