McDonald's

Absolutely horrible service and this comes from the service I couldn’t get for yesterday and today. Yesterday I sat at the speaker while no other customers were present. No one answered but when I drove around to go somewhere else a worker was hanging out the drive thru window just relaxing. This was around 4:30pm. Today I went to the drive thru and asked for a cookie tote since they had signs for no ice cream (that’s not new). The girl said “We don’t have cookies”. I then asked what do they have and she replied “nothing”. There was a time McDonald’s use to train their employees. Now they’re just hiring whoever applies. I’m so over Ghetto McDonald’s!

I ordered food for curbside at 9:20pm and when I got to the store witch was at 9:32pm they canceled my order and closed down the store. What the heck is going on with this McDonald's. I won't be ordering here at night-time ever again 😒

Service here is terrible. I was in the drive through and had to repeat my order multiples times. The girl continually said “but I asked you this” when the whole order was told. She proceeded to say pull around when the order was not finished. The girl with an attitude said I know. Went inside to tell the manager and she just walked away without saying anything, not apologetic or nothing.

I went to get breakfast for the family on Saturday. They got my order wrong in the drive thru. I went inside to get it fixed. They did fox it for me, but the food was horrible. Sweet tea tasted bad so I looked in the cup, and it was nothing but sweetened water. Hash browns were completely saturated in grease to the point that I couldn't remove them from the wrappers.

The coffee machine has been down for going on a decade. The morning crew is wonderful but the evening “kids crew” not so much. It’s been clean the times Iv went inside.
