Very good everything!!! Great job McDonald's in Columbiana. Your food, service and atmosphere are top notch. Also your restaurant was super clean. They had my order ready in a flash and it was delicious. Thanks yall

This McDonald’s is always hit or miss. Went through the drive through to get some food for my family. After having to repeat every detail of my order 2 times, they still got it completely wrong! Told them we didn’t have the correct items, then they walked away, didn’t say anything. Came back 5 minutes later, and just gave us some more food. Also wasn’t what we ordered? Then we get home, and one of my burgers literally doesn’t have a patty on it???? Like seriously? I’m not even mad, it’s just embarrassing. Unfortunate that I’ll keep coming back anyways, as this is one of the few cheap spots for food in town. I get that it’s McDonald’s, but come on, no patty? For shame.

I am usually stopping here on my way to or from work. The past couple of times my food has been wrong and tonight I received Old burgers that were cold with burnt layer on them. I live 20-25 minutes from this McDonald's. I tried calling the store to talk to a manager about this with no answer for 2 hours. I give up on this McDonald's. *** Eat at your own risk*** Wanted to Update my post again since it has been 2 years ago. Today I stopped by to give it another chance and .... well...... it was just like last time. Burnt burger and no answer. I even called the comment and concern line just to get an answering machine. Food was great and tea wasn't about to sour (you know what I'm talking about, tea drinkers). Guy working the window didn't speak so I assume it has been a rough day. *I am not paid by McDonald's

Almost every Saturday and Sunday I pickup breakfast from this location. I’ve had several negative experiences however the convenience makes me go back. Today I pulled in and placed a curbside order like I always do. 25 minutes went by and nothing. Checked my bank and saw where I was charged so I knew I had placed the order. Went through the drive through and asked them if they were going to fulfill the order and the employee said they didn’t have any curbside orders. Considering the fact that they regularly tell customers the drive through system is down but in reality they don’t have enough employees to do both makes me wonder what really happened to my order.
