Hello, I ordered my breakfast today, December 8, 2023, and the service from the lady who served us was terrible and she also gave me my incomplete order. What bothers me the most is that I always boy because I love oatmeal with dried fruit and apple but Today my oatmeal did not come with any of that. I would ask that you check the orders carefully and make sure that nothing is missing.
That manager name Sharon (that's the name the EMPLOYEES gave me) needs to know it's called customer service not rude service!
She doesn't know how to service the customer but she most definitely knows how to be rude to them. McDonald's letting these people represent them is proof (IMO) that they feel one less customer won't stop their money flow!!! I even sent a complaint to corporate about her and still haven't heard from one person at this establishment about her behavior....Sad....
I don’t know why we keep coming back. They need to have an extra large fry because the past few times we have ordered large fries they only fill it up half way or a little over half. They leave so much room for more fries…
I have been going here for a while, I got a mc chicken and the food is ALWAYS SLAPPED together they really couldn’t do any worse! It’s really difficult to eat food that doesn’t even look appetizing what so ever, aside from that I ate about half of my mc chicken before spitting it right back out. it had dark spots in it and it was rubbery and had hard stuff in tiny spots this is disgusting! I gave it the benefit of the doubt and you shouldn’t! Do not purchase from this McDonald’s! The employees up front do a great job they have respect and manners, big smiles, told me to have a good day very very good on that, but 90% of people in the back need to be addressed, there’s no way they would have ate if it was served to them!
My spouse went to pick-up a mobile order today and they told him he didn't have an order. He had everything on the app and even double checked that he ordered from the correct location. They refused to correct the mistake and were very rude to him. Frankly, we've never had something like this happen. The order was already paid for and he was unable to cancel the order from the app. This is unacceptable.
