Very amazingly good food, fries, fried to perfection, chicken nuggets, amazing crispness, the double cheeseburger Actually had two Pattie’s unlike other McDonald’s, shows they truly care about their customer satisfaction, especially the young man named shane he was so nice and greeted me right at the door!!! He even said to have a good which really lit up my night, because I had a very rough day, I got fired from my job, my pet goldfish died on his walk in the morning, and I stubbed my toe right before I got in, man Shane is just the best.
I come through this McDonalds a lot on my break and every single time I’ve come through all employees are so sweet and pleasant. They always greet me and always end with “Have a great day!”. My order has never been messed up either. It’s very pleasant having fast food workers who show that they care about their job and the customers. These workers truly deserve a raise!
I just spent almost $50 on the sharable meals and a few other things. We opened the Big Mac box and it was not a Big Mac in it. It looked like a double cheeseburger. Then the other one literally had a half eaten burger patty on it. I swear it was literally half eaten!
The only thing worse than their customer service is their ability to follow instructions. VERY rude and could hear them complaining in the back about how a customer wanted their fries crispy. I thought that’s how they’re supposed to be anyway but apparently that’s a big ask for this staff. I ordered to-go via the kiosk and the guy tossed my bag on the counter without saying a word and just walked away. Never coming back
The manager Lorraine is extremely rude. I had an issue with door dash. The first order was missing hashbrowns. So I ordered the hashbrowns again and they proceeded to tell the dasher they already gave it. Well…then I get on Doordash and they cancelled my order. A dasher cannot cancel an order. Only the buyer or the company can. So I think they realized their mistake and instead of making it right, they cancelled it. I spoke to Lorraine (the general manager twice) and she was so RUDE. The first time I called, I was nice and explaining what happened but she kept talking over me and saying the order went out. Well then they cancelled the order. The only way they would do that is if they realized they were in the wrong. Kindness goes a long way. I was in the restaurant industry for years. I would have never spoken to someone like the way she did me. I will never get food here again. Most of the bad reviews are from customer service. What a shame. And I know if her sales drop, it will reflect on her pay. Definitely makes no sense.
